    Unreliable shuttle service- no customer service

    Had a flight cancellation and was booked here by airline for a stay. Could not get a hold of the hotel for them to send the shuttle to the airport- called repeatedly and just rang and disconnected multiple times. Was not the only person that experienced this- others had been waiting an hour. We ended up taking a Lyft- front desk clerk had no explanation, just apologies and that we could leave a note for the manager. We were promised the manager would call us the next morning- nothing. Left a phone and the amount of the lyft we were requesting be reimbursed- no call from the manager. Unacceptable. The manager needs to be following up with customers.

    Just what the title says; DISGUSTING and DANGEROUS. Stay ELSEWHERE. Horrific owner, drug infested property. Shuttle awful.

    Got off a long flight called and asked for a shuttle, wait the 30 minutes asked the driver if it was going to the right destination 3 times to confirm said no 3 times. After 1 and 30 min went with uber instead. Staff needs better communication with customers!!!

    The woman at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and sweet! I didn’t catch her name but she works nights. Truly made the experience so great and I headed to the airport in a great mood.

    We stayed here last minute after missing a connecting flight. Room was very clean. Pick up was good and runs 24 hour.Bed was very comfortable. Free shower gel and shampoo in bedroom Staff seemed very polite.For a budget hotel it’s very good and clean and comfortable
