Driving cross country back to southern California and needed a last minute hotel. I was lucky when I spoke to the night clerk, Brianna, that there were two rooms left! Excellent customer service, clean rooms and lovely complimentary breakfast! All the front desk staff from Briana, Margaret and Christa were helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you! One of my favorite hotels

I travel and stay in hotels 250 nights a year and I can honestly say that this Best Western Hotel is one of my favorites. The staff is exceptionally friendly, smiling, and efficient.Rosie, who checked me in really made my day with her beautiful smile and perky attitude. Margaret also took care of my needs before I left in the morning.The rooms are very clean, quiet, and spacious. Bathrooms are immaculately cleaned and stocked with all of my needs. The beds are very comfortable, padded from top to bottom. Parking is excellent also.The last time that I stayed here, I caught the GM, Lori, several times walking the lobby and the hallways picking up and cleaning, and greeting customers to make sure your stay is the best ever!This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in and I travel all over the Country from Colorado to the east coast! What I would expect from a twenty dollar flop house.

The mattress was stained with blood or some other dark liquid. I am a Best Western diamond select rewards member and this has to be the nastiest and most unimaginable site to see. Exceptional hostess. Breakfast was nice and hot, all the staff are friendly and hard working. The hotel is clean and the beds are very nice. This is our sixth time staying and we are always very happy with the experience. It's a safe neighborhood with great local food nearby. Visiting the Wildlife Sanctuary and Denver

This hotel is one of the best ever. Suggest you stay here when visiting the Wildlife Sanctuary or need to be near the Airport. Ben's (Best in Colorado) is next door and it is quiet and sooo comfortable. Breakfast included is also excellent.Want to go into Denver? Don't pay high cost for rental car.
