    Mediocre experience. Requested ground fl.with reservation even called at 8am day of but checked in at 8pm- they said they didnt get the info. Hand held shower holder was broken, old old uneatable apples in a bowl was food offered. Dont stay there.     It was just ok, I no major complaints. Except the only thing included was lobby coffee.Not saying I’ll never stay there again, but I’ll definitely look for other options. I accidentally booked one night instead of 2, and stayed at a better place for night 2.     The service at the front desk is always great at this hotel. They fix your problems as fast as possible if you have any. The kitchenette is great to have as well as the full sized fridge if you have meals or need to store anything good. I’ve stayed here a lot and I’ll keep coming back to this one.

    Candlewood suites Thornton exceeded all expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Anthony and Ryann at the front desk could not have been more courteous, friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience, and we will look forward to staying again on return visits.

    Room was excellent. Very clean fantastic. The staff was very sweet. It was a little hard to get a hold of the desk. I was able to call down once for my room and get a hold of somebody after that. As soon as I would call it was busy. I had to call from my personal cell phone in order for me to get a hold of the front desk. Aside from that, the stay was wonderful. Brown haired girl that worked the three to 11:00 was very sweet glasses. I wish I remembered her name. She was very on top of it. Super accommodating when I needed to ask for a crib last second.
