Front desk rude , are room was ready . We wanted to check in 20 mins early couldn’t room wasn’t ready, smelled dog urine

Front desk help was rude, couldn’t check in early due to room not ready. Ask housekeeper and she said the room was cleaned. Smelled horrible like dog urine . Was very unhappy

I've stayed here many times and again I was not disappointed. Room had some of the best lighting I've experienced. Good breakfast. Many gas station choices on Tower Rd if you have a rental. Also, allow 15 minutes to return the car and 15 minutes to be shuttled to the terminal. There is now a $10 (plus tax???) charge for parking which I was told is being applied at many properties in the area. Sad. But i would stay here again. Clean room and quiet.

Not a bad hotel, but not great. Decor is a bit dated, and some things not functioning such as USB C and USB desk outlets and one of three luggage carts broken

They DO NOT have smoking rooms available- it’s a smoke free hotel location

Excellent customer service clean and very nice clean spacious rooms!!!loved the towels the lighting -my whole experience and the free shuttle was an extra nice very professional yet warm !!!def sat here again
