    Absolutely disgusting nobody at the front desk did anything about anything .The wires were hanging out of the elevator. The bathtub was so filthy. I wouldn’t even take a bath in it. I found a bug my ex saw a cockroach. The pool is a safety hazard. The hot tub didn’t work. I called corporate, They haven’t responded. I’ve asked for management more than once. They haven’t responded. They didn’t clean our room even one time the whole three days we were there. I’m calling the Health department and they say no marijuana. The place reeked of it the whole time we were there. We went to the front desk more than once and nothing was resolved. They also don’t answer their phone.

    Hate doing this but gotta put the facts,Was Sold a room by a rep Julio that said: Because you are a member and I put note for you early check in is not a problem because we are not that busy… *deal breaker to book this for me, because location was great.Walking in first thing we see 2 dead cockroaches in the bathroom, Toilet not flushing… gave them reports and asked to just fix the toilet because we going out to catch the day. Toilet stayed broken for the 3 days period, no one changed towers not even once, I went to get them every day. …Aaand the best coming back home, saw a charge of early check in fee after front desk apologized for the inconveniences and said we will give you points for next time to have a free night stay… no points, no email from anyone, just extra charge that was never should happen

    Horrible hotel and experience. They need to shut this place down and completely gut and renovate it. The AC does not work so prepare to sweat it out, the rooms have a smelly odor, and the elevator was out of service - was told by the front desk that the elevator was overheating due to the high usage. We checked out after 7 hours because we could no longer take the extreme room heat and odor. Chris the front desk manager was of no help. Choice hotels should be ashamed!!!

    The good—it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bad—the room was incredibly hot even with the air conditioning on constantly. The phone and refrigerator didn’t work. The pool was GROSS, I wouldn’t let the kids get in there 🤢. Also, it’s in a sketchy part of town, lots of sirens passing by all night. We felt safe in the hotel but wouldn’t stay there again.

    Hotel itself was an average Comfort Suites. However the real danger was loose off leash dogs and dangerous aggressive pit bulls. A pit bull lunged at a hotel guest and was growling at and lunging at children, including my two year old. Neither the dog owner or the hotel management were willing to do anything about it. Eventually police had to be called. The hotel was also reeking of Marijuana. This hotel is not safe for children and families.
