    Undisclosed Dees MUST Be Corrected

    I stayed at Days Inn Denver Int'l Airport June 2-3, 2026. After returning home and reviewing my bill, I notice I was charged $10 more than what was disclosed to me. My electronic receipt showed this amount as an "Airport Accommodation." The code next to the charge showed PRKSHUT, which I interpret as being parking, or airport shuttle, or both (I did have a car; I did not use the shuttle). Reading other reviews posted over the last year, I see this undisclosed fee came up in a number of reviews. Days Inn responded in the manner of "We take your concerns very seriously and will review your charges immediately to correct any errors" in multiple instances. Are you still reviewing this practice? Over a year? The room was very clean and quiet. I have no other complaints, but an undisclosed fee MUST be corrected!     Came down the night before a flight to avoid driving in snow. Check in a breeze. The room was warm, welcoming and clean. Sheets and bedding clean and fresh. The continental breakfast was pretty lean. I dont eat pork, so prepackaged breakfast sandwiches were out. Yougurt and granola bars, juice. Coffee was hot and tasty. Nice workout area. Easy checkout. Parking is 10$ extra, as is a ride on the shuttle, 10$ a day to park. Great stay on my way to see family. Good value.     Staff was very aloof and didn't seem to care about our interaction upon check-in, no friendly face or smile was present. I understand everyone has their days but I also work in retail. The room was clean but very dated and the elevator was VERY slow. I had to ask for a receipt upon check-out and he seemed annoyed to do so.
