I'm sorry to say, I believe this hotel is a homeless shelter. I don't know if it's through some government voucher system or what but I can't recommend this hotel for anyone. I was so surprised that I came here to see if this was a new development or standard operation for this hotel. It's clear this is their business model and has been for years.

The rooms are great. Very friendly staff. Good location for me to get to work. The weekly rates are great, depending on what your need are. My room has a king size bed. The pool is also great. There is laundry on sight but you will need an app for that.

Terrible experience,the clerks don't understand english,the place was so hot,no ac,homeless people everywhere inside and out,good place for a smoker,yes you are allowed to smoke.Also people were complaining that they had a reservation but the hotel staff said they where overbooked ha ha,not a good place for family,not safe,stay away or you will be sorry

Checked in and was told that they are housing homeless people. Our room was filthy with urine in toilet and shower dirty. The entire hotel was filthy! The homeless were so loud, banging doors all night. At 2am someone walked into our room. We checked out immediately and got a refund

We had booked this hotel because they said they have an indoor pool. Upon arrival, I was told the pool has been closed for the season because homeless people come in and sleep there. The hallways smelled strongly of urine and cigarettes. Our room was in the lower level and had an adjoining room door that appeared to have been kicked in from the other side. The entire feel was gross and sticky. We left after being there for 30 minutes. The next day we notice we were charged $35 for the room. We booked using points and Best Westerns Customer Service confirmed that the charge should have been placed on the corporate side, not on the customer. Apparently the hotel has to process the refund but, they won’t answer there phones for us nor for BW Customer Service. This place is an absolute joke. We apologize we are a hotel that accept Swapp vouchers which allows people to stay when the weather gets cold. We are making changes to the property in improve our services.
