    Awful experience from beginning to end

    This hotel is very noisy being right next to the highway. Some of the families we were traveling with even checked out to stay somewhere else due to the intrusive noise. We could not since I accidentally chose the advanced purchase rate. Do not buy the advanced purchase rate. It is a scam. We didn’t up paying 40% more for a non-cancellable reservation, and customer service and the hotel did not care. This was our first time staying at a Drury, and it will absolutely be our last.     Spry Companions has a deal with Drury Inn DTC so we stayed there while my German Shepherd has his hip replaced. The check in staff, room, food, drinks, grounds and general ambience of the hotel were outstanding. The front desk staff, food service staff and housekeepers were awesome. We felt very welcome, even with our big dog.
