Great Resort! Our Guests Enjoyed The Event!!

    rating06 Apr 2026

We had a fantastic experience hosting an event at this resort. I can't say enough good things about the employees who work here. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Julie, the Director of Events was phenomenal! She knew exactly what needed to be done to make the event successful. The resort was clean and comfortable. Our sleeping room was well furnished and quiet at night. Everything was top notch. I highly recommend this resort! General Manager, Owner at The Inverness Denver, A Hilton Golf & Spa Resort, responded to this review Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed our clean atmosphere, and we'll make sure to share your compliments with Julie and our team. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we hope to welcome you back to The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort for another great stay soon!Aaron Bajorek,General Manager

Denver travelers in transit or those flying private choice

    rating13 Jan 2026

The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort is a wonderful choice if you’re looking to stay outside the city while remaining close to Denver. Located just about 20 minutes from downtown and right next to Centennial Airport, it’s especially convenient for travelers in transit or those flying private. The setting feels calm and spacious, with a golf course backdrop and inviting outdoor seating areas. One of the unexpected pleasures was watching the steady rhythm of private jets arriving and departing—surprisingly soothing and fascinating rather than disruptive.Rooms were quiet and comfortable, making for a truly restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was solid and enjoyable, setting a relaxed tone for the day ahead. If you’re not set on staying in the heart of Denver and prefer a tranquil, polished stop between travels in Colorado, this is a very pleasant option. General Manager, Owner at The Inverness Denver, A Hilton Golf & Spa Resort, responded to this review Good Evening,Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review. We are delighted to hear that you found The Inverness Denver to be a peaceful and comfortable retreat while still being conveniently close to the city. It is wonderful that you enjoyed our serene setting, the golf course views, and even the rhythm of the private jets. It is always special to hear about the little touches that make a stay memorable. We are glad your room was restful, and that breakfast set a positive tone for your day. Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another relaxing and enjoyable stay in the future.Aaron Bajorek, General Manager

    Food poisoning!

    rating11 Jan 2026

I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel back in August. My friend and I fell very ill after our first day there. I ended up going to urgent care and hospital 3 times. My tests came back positive for salmonella. We dined at the brewery and I had the burger and tater tots. Because of this food poisoning, I missed the concert at red rocks that I flew across the country to attend, and also missed the second part of my trip for my uncles funeral. I was extremely ill for over 2 weeks and missed about a week of work. After following up with management, I was barely comped one night. I have followed up 4x since then with no response. Please beware of this hotel and do not trust ANY food there.Only bright spot there is the golf and spa departments. General Manager, Owner at The Inverness Denver, A Hilton Golf & Spa Resort, responded to this review Casey,Thank you for reaching out again. We take all guest feedback seriously; however, this matter was addressed more than four months ago and was thoroughly reviewed at the time. Following our internal assessment, compensation was provided as a goodwill gesture, and the issue was considered resolved with the claim formally closed. We maintain strict food safety and handling standards and have received no related concerns before or since. If there are any new or unresolved matters, I invite you to contact me directly so they can be addressed appropriately.Aaron Bajorek, General Manager

Security Incident and Disappointed Front Desk Conduct

    rating09 Jan 2026

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the conduct of a front desk staff member named Monica during my recent stay.  This was our third stay at the Inverness property and unfortunately, at lease 6 cars were broken into during the night and one car was actually stolen.  The sheriff’s department showed up once the extensive damage was discovered by multiple customers and informed us that this had happened multiple times previously at this property and yet, there are still NO cameras in the parking lot, nor is there more consistent/ongoing security diligently watching the property to deter any reoccurrence. This is very disappointing and will be included in our reviews about this specific stay.  I am hopeful that we will hear from Hilton management about what will be done to compensate us for this unfortunate situation, especially given the reoccurrence and lack of response/appropriate improvements being put in place by the hotel.During our specific interaction with the front desk at checkout, Monica was consistently rude and dismissive, not only toward us but toward other guests as well. When we approached the front desk seeking guidance regarding the damage that had occurred to our vehicle, she provided no assistance and instead deflected us and kept saying to go talk to the valet desk as she had no knowledge/authority about the incident that had affected at least 7 different customers overnight. With a complete absence of empathy, she repeatedly stated that the hotel had no responsibility and explicitly told us not to speak with her further. Her tone was arrogant, unprofessional, and entirely lacking in patience, empathy, or basic courtesy. While I fully understand that the hotel has its own policies regarding incidents occurring on its property, her handling of the situation demonstrated a complete lack of customer care. She offered no helpful suggestions, no reassurance, and no acknowledgment of the stress we were experiencing. Her repeated insistence that the matter was “none of the hotel’s business” and that we should only talk to the police and our auto insurance was delivered in a cold and dismissive manner that was both unnecessary and inappropriate for a guest-facing role. I can say without hesitation that this was the worst front desk experience I have had at any Hilton property. (There is a similar complaint regarding this same staff member on TripAdvisor hotel page about her in the past). The front desk is often the first and last point of contact for guests, and it should reflect Hilton’s commitment to service, care, and professionalism. Even when policies limit what assistance can be provided, guests—especially loyal Diamond members—should still be treated with respect, understanding, and basic human empathy. Unfortunately, this interaction did not meet those standards and negatively impacted our perception of the Hilton brand. General Manager, Owner at The Inverness Denver, A Hilton Golf & Spa Resort, responded to this review Dear Downey,Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your recent stay at our Inverness property. Please accept our sincere apologies for the distressing and frustrating experience you encountered. We fully understand how upsetting it must have been to discover damage to your vehicle—and even more so to learn that multiple guests were affected during the same evening. That is not the experience we want for any of our guests, especially loyal Diamond members such as yourself. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, stress, and disruption this incident caused during what should have been a comfortable and secure stay. While incidents involving vehicles are understandably complex, we recognize that guest safety and peace of mind are paramount, and we take your concerns regarding parking security, lighting, and preventative measures very seriously. Equally concerning is the interaction you experienced at checkout. We sincerely apologize for the manner in which your concerns were addressed. Regardless of policy limitations or the nature of an incident, our team members are expected to respond with empathy, professionalism, and respect at all times. The behavior you described does not align with our service standards or values, and we are addressing this internally with the utmost seriousness. Please know that your feedback has been documented and shared, so appropriate coaching and corrective action can be taken. We are also reviewing our procedures to ensure that team members are better equipped to support guests during stressful situations, even when direct resolution may be limited. We genuinely regret the negative impact this experience had on your perception of the Hilton brand. Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention. We truly appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to improve.Aaron Bajorek, General Manager
