    Parking requires giving your phone number and email to a third party company!

    The room was clean and comfortable and the location was convenient for our early morning flight. However, I was taken aback that they expected me to use a third party website that required email and phone contact information to pay for parking. No thanks I don't want to sign up for spam emails and phone calls! I walked down to the front desk and complained about it and they took care of the parking registration for me without giving my personal contact information away.     Airport hotel minus the airport transportation

    We came to Denver to look at colleges. We had a lovely trip and decided to stay at the IHG close to the airport prior to heading home. The staff was friendly the rooms were clean everything was copasetic except for the primary reason that we chose this hotel. We paid a premium to be near the airport for our 7 AM flight. We wanted to be able to just catch a shuttle to the airport at 5 AM. At check in, we asked about the shuttle services. We were told that the 5 AM shuttle was fully booked and so was the 4:30 and 5:30 shuttles. The reason was that they share a shuttle with multiple locations. So if you are looking to stay some place that has convenient access to the airport in Denver this is not that location.     Stayed one night before a flight. Excellent location near the airport but absolutely no plane noise. Very large room and comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.     This is a good airport hotel. We stayed here when our flight was delayed. It was clean and provided us with a place to rest our heads. We don’t try any of the amenities do to arriving late and the leaving early. However the shuttle to/from the airport was on time and great. Would stay here again as quick stop over.     This is an average Holiday Inn Express with two problems: first, no coffee maker in room (it's strange your picture on Tripadvisor shows a coffee maker), and second, charging for parking in an area with lots of free parking. Otherwise, no surprises.
