I was in the area working calling on customers. Loved to location and the staff was very cool. Kyle was super helpful with a lunch recommendations and there are a lot of places near the hotel to eat! It think the hotel is pretty new, very clean. A very nice surprise.

Used Hilton hotels before but not this format. As a first time visitor to Denver my firm booked me into this place. I’ve travelled a lot and I can say this is a great place to stay. Low key, super smart and clean, very friendly staff, great facilities including free breakfast and coffee in your room. The rooms are like studio apartments with micro wave, dish washer and fridge, sofa, super wide desk to work at, fast wi-fi and only c. 35 minutes from the airport. There are some nice restaurants and a great sports bar all within 2 minutes walking distance. Can’t find a fault and would strongly recommend to business travellers, couples and families.

Super great, good friendly staff. Warm breakfast. Good location. what more can I say? Weekend pricing was good . Clean room. Kitchen facility was very clean and ready if any cooking was to be donw. Based on our stay will NEVER stay at this hotel again, and will tell everyone

Based on our stay we will NEVER stay at this hotel again, and I will tell everyone I know. Arrived there, system down to check in. requested extra bedding, waiting TWO hours in our room, immediately after we walked out, a hotel worker sneaks into our room to " put them in there ". Transients/homeless people all over, called the police to do extra routine drive by's. They said they usually have problems at this hotel, especially the gas station nearby. NEVER felt so unsafe at a hotel, and I am a VERY tough person...On the first night at least TWO cars reported BROKEN INTO!!! The homeless people staying there ( obviously this is NOT a generalization and not all are like this ) stayed on the only two hotel computers from at least 6 am until 5pm allowing NO ONE else on...they watch you get in and out of your vehicle. My son and I stayed up all night watching our vehicle in the parking lot. All of the hotel employees are friends/family of them too and let them do whatever they want. These people walked around with unleased dogs and birds, there were 3 different sets of people. The coffee had a load of coffee grounds in it too, the room had broken appliances ( two ) , people drag race down Arapahoe Road all night, my son saw people messing around by parked cars. All the people that work there do is hang out with all these people. Like the other earlier review said the whole place smells like cigarettes and marijuana. They let them set up shop and work on cars in the parking lot?!?! Some errors on check in however was addressed promptly and professionally by GM Heather Cook.Loved atmosphere with outdoor patios with hanging lights. Close to a lot of great amenities including Top Golf!
