    Great Hotel

    Nice hotel in a great location. We weren't there long enough to partake of the amenities, but the beds were very comfortable, and we got a good night's rest. The staff goes above and beyond. At check-in, while chatting with the GM I mentioned that we were going to leave very early (4am) the next morning for a long drive back to Chicago, well before the breakfast area opened. He offered to have the overnight staff pack a bag for us with breakfast goodies. How awesome! It is that kind of incredible customer service that brings me back to Hilton over and over and will bring me back to this hotel in the future.

    Stayed at the Home2 by Hilton Denver West - Federal Center, attended a conference, just across the way at the Homewood Suites and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, accommodating and always present and engaging. The rooms are very well kept, clean, and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful property, rooms must be soundproof, no outside noises. This was my first trip to Colorado and will come back for a personal visit and stay with Home2 again. Love this property and the staff, definitely a home away from home experience! Bonnie SD

    Multiple issues during my 2 week stay. Almost impossible to make contact with someone via chat, text, phone, and even standing at the front desk. After multiple attempts to make contact I finally got promised by Assistant GM that he personally would make sure the issues were addressed. Good for a couple days and then back to the same issues. Housekeepers saying they are making up the room when they are not.Poor or 0 internet on the wifi. Almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. (Phone rings off the hook without ever being answered multiple times)Young kid left by himself in the afternoons and evenings trying to do his best. Nobody available at the front desk in the mornings despite standing there for 5-10 minutes. Side note: The bed is very uncomfortable and the elevators vibrate, shake, and feel like they are about to crash down at any moment.

    A very good stay in (almost) all ways. A convenient but fairly quiet location with a nearby park and ponds. A minor blemish was the need to ask for room service on our 4th day.

    This hotel’s management needs some serious work. Recent stay had multiple issues that I tried to get addressed and after leaving messages with the front desk in-person, calling and leaving messages, and texting the help number, I’ve yet to hear back from anyone. The living area air’s conditioner didn’t work. No one ever came after reporting it. The toilet stopped working on day 3 and when calling to report, I was told maintenance was in a meeting and asked if I wanted someone to go by that day. WERE WE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE WITHOUT A WORKING TOILET?! Day 3 again, I left a message with the front desk to please let housekeeping know when they went by to replace the towels. We left at 9am and returned at 3:30pm and housekeeping never went to our room. I called AGAIN and was asked AGAIN if I wanted someone to go by and clean that day, and that housekeeping was gone for the day. After I told the front desk that YES I needed someone there and we didn’t even have towels, washcloths, etc, the supposed housekeeping supervisor came to my room. I expected a typical tidy-up, especially from a supervisor. All she did was put some towels in the restroom (not even the requested wash cloths!) and empty the trash. No sweeping, bed making, nothing. To top it off, on 2 separate occasions after being out all day and tired/sweaty from hiking, our card keys wouldn’t work. We would have to walk back down to the lobby to get new card keys. No apologies regarding the issue, no statement that it’s being worked on, nothing. This place is a craphole. As a longtime Hilton Honors member, I expect more.
