    This is the worst place ever to go. I would rather sleep in my car and never go visit this hotel again. If you book here you will regret it.     Room was disgusting and vibe of the entire place was halfway house. We didn’t stay longer than five minutes before returning to the desk and informing the gal we were leaving. Best part was she didn’t dispute giving us a full refund at all. This hotel should be removed from every major booking website.     The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it’s affordable and close to Denver. Unfortunately, the negatives far outweigh that.I stayed for four nights, and from the very first night, my key card wasn’t working. I had to go back and forth to the front desk four times before a staff member finally used a gadget to open my door. I was told I could switch rooms the next day, but only because housekeeping didn’t show up, they had no available rooms that night.After transferring, I faced the same issue on my fourth night—the key card wouldn’t work again. The staff attempted to use the gadget, but it failed, and a pregnant employee had to manually open my door.Security and cleanliness here are horrible. I was repeatedly woken up by people screaming and wandering the hallways at night, and trash was scattered everywhere. My room was also extremely dirty.This place needs serious attention from health and security agencies. I would not recommend staying here.     Do not trust. My wife reserved a suite four months in advance. It was expressly stated in writing that no deposit was required, so none was put down. On the first evening of our reservation, hours before the advertised close of registration, we presented ourselves at the front desk, only to be told that our reservation had been unilaterally cancelled earlier that day. In rude terms, and with insinuations that this was somehow our fault for believing what they had advertised, we were told that there were no other vacancies, and that we had no remedy. We were turned away into the night to find other shelter, which we accomplished only hours later when we got the last available room in a much more expensive hotel. Days later, we were able to relocate to more affordable lodging, which was still more expensive than what we had reserved. There we remained for the rest of our two-week vacation. Complaints to the customer relations office of the parent corporation, Red Roof, produced only repetitive canned responses offering absolutely nothing other than the assurance that they were sorry that we were unhappy. Unless you are willing to litigate for damages based on reasonable reliance (we ultimately were not), just stay away.     I'd rather sleep in my car

    The good: clean bed, clean toilet. The good ends there.Bottom Line: AVOID this place at all costs.We arrived past 1 am and were given a room on the 3rd floor. The elevator was broken so we climbed 2 flights up the stairwell. This is where you can tell that the grounds are not being maintained. There were random items stowed away in the corners of the stairwell, as if someone's belongings are being temporarily stored there. There was fresh turd (dog's I can only hope) on one landing. When I used the other stairwell hoping to avoid this experience again, it was worse. It feels hazardous just to breathe the air in there.When we finally arrived at the room, we saw that the lock was badly damaged as if someone had gone at it with a heavy object. The door didn't completely close. The toilet flush was faulty, with water running all night. No toilet paper. No trash can.We had only our exhaustion to help us fall asleep that night.
