    Charged for parking, and not an accessible room.

    I was disappointed in a couple of things at this Homewood Suites. First, the clerk who checked us in acted like we interrupted his evening and took awhile to come to the counter and then wasn't very helpful. Then I found out that they charged $15 per night for parking in the hotel lot for guests. And third, I had reserved an accessible room because I have walking problems and also need the grab bars in the bathroom--but our room was halfway across the hotel and was just a regular room. We have always be very happy with Homewood Suites in the past but this experience was very disappointing.

    We booked this hotel for our stay before heading back home after a week in Colorado. The primary reason for choosing the hotel was the pool and outdoor space, a place to relax before a long day of travel. We arrived to find a 6 year old’s birthday party in full swing which took over the pool and all outdoor recreational areas. When I asked if this was normal, we were told that they could not deny their guests the use of the space. The only problem with that logic is that the majority of the 40 or so people weren’t staying at the hotel. They refused to do anything about it. Fast forward to past 10pm and sure enough, the party moved to the room next to ours. Kids screaming and banging on walls. If you have no interest in a quiet, relaxing stay, this is the place for you.

    Nice hotel close to airport. Free and fast airport shuttle. The shuttle driver was friendly and super talkative. Front desk clerk gave us free bottle water because they were out of water to purchase. The room was really big and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the room felt clean. The only thing that was gross was the stains on the pull out mattress.     The smallest Hilton room I have EVER stayed in, amenities are "lacking" to say the least. DO NOT STAY HERE, you are better off to sleep in airport, where you can at least walk around without hitting furniture. The desk chair hits the bed, HORRIBLE ROOM. Was relatively clean, but how hard can it be to clean such a tiny room?     We enjoyed staying a night with our family at this Homewood Suites. Our 2 rooms met our needs with parents in a king and three adult kids in a room with 2 queens and a pull out sofa. Breakfast was decent. Hotel is clean and rooms are efficient with medium size fridges and kitchens.
