    Great hotel. Great room, very comfortable and big for my husband and 13 year old. Very safe. Breakfast was very different than what we’ve been used to at other Hyatt hotels.     Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places before and Tara took care of us. She was so professional and kind and sweet super friendly.     Stayed here the 2nd time long-term for business reasons. Great rooms with kitchenette. Close to the airport and very easy to reach. Even with the proximity to the airport and interstates quiet and relaxing. Clean rooms and an excellent job of the house-keeping team. Very warm welcoming and arrival.     Rooms were very outdated would not recommend staying here. Hot tub was broken. Did not have it notified on the website.

    Would not recommend only one person on site restaurant and bar was closed. No manager on duty. Hot tub was broken no mention on the website as a warning.
