    Would never recommend or stay here again. Not your typical La Quinta, much worse.

    Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was OK, the rest was pretty awful.Pool - permanently closed yet advertised (booked on Expedia) as open. Apparently due to "exposed wires"Room - Waited 90 minutes to take a shower, still no hot water. Took a 60 second cold shower because I had to go. Next day (stayed 2 nights) I got about 120 seconds of lukewarm water until it turned cold.Faucet leaked water on your feet when using sink, I used the garbage can to catch it. They did send a repair guy once I mentioned it, but frankly didn't care since we were leaving at that point and there was so much other worse issues.The beds - had to be at multiple decades old. The edge was like a cardboard box and the middle was worthless. The sheets and mattress cover kept coming off (probably due to tossing and turning due to the terrible mattress)Noise - We were opposite the freeway, but frankly the white noise of the freeway would have drowned out the 7am hip hop blasting from the neighbors, peoples doors slamming down the hall an conversations in the hall that sounded like they we're in the room. I tried to run the fan on the AC/heater unit, but since the thermostat was broken, and the on board controls did not allow the fan to run except on Auto I was out of luck. Used a White noise app to try and drown the voices, but mostly just didn't sleep. (see mattress above...)All in all whoever owns this place is either broke, or they just want to collect without investing in their property. There were repairs in the lobby in the ceiling covered in paper and packing tape etc. Its just simply run down without any apparent care.

    Just recently stayed here and the room next door the was a girl smoking fentanyl in the room and going in and out all times of the night slamming the door each time and it wasn't even her room she was staying with a 70 year old man Calvin herman and the girl is in her 30s maybe idk very weird very irritating situation and I couldn't get one night sleep. I feel like the girl was selling drugs out the room and doing tattoos.i complained to front desk and they did nothing at all. I am a diamond customer with Wyndham and the property's seem to get sketchy and sketchy especially here in Lakewood Co. They need to clean that place up

    Good sized room, very clean. A friendly receptionist. Everything you want from quality motel. Did not pay for the breakfast since there are several options in walking distance.

    The room was clean, but there were 2 leftover clothing items in the closet. We were there 3 nights but did not get our room cleaned or new towels. We got new towels when we asked, but they were out of hand towels. The breakfast was okay-could use fresher fruit and more hot items to attract more. Nice enough for the price.

    This is a King suite but it needs alot of repairsThe pool area is just as bad. Hole by the hot tub in the wall. Rust on the metal surrounding the beams. The pool needs to be cleaned the tiles and edge above the water line is pure black. Bed and pillows super uncomfortable Never ever will be back.
