    Horrible hotel

    I rarely give an organization a single star, but if I could have rated it lower I would have. We are in Denver picking up a new vehicle so needed a hotel close to the dealership and one that is dog-friendly. My wife read a bunch of reviews and, while there were some pretty bad ones there were some good as well. And the hotel had been recently renovated so we took a chance thinking one night would be just fine - it wasn’t. The stay started with a very uninterested clerk who didn’t appear to want to be there. We found out there was a $100 deposit requirement for the room to be returned if we left the room in good condition and they charged us $25/pet fee, double what their national reservation line told us. When we got to the room we found it filthy, the AC didn’t work, the bed covers were horribly stained and the carpet was gross. The clerk wasn’t real interested in assisting. In addition, we were not allowed to take the “free” breakfast back to our room. Insane rule. All this to say that I would recommend you find anywhere else to stay.     We were there for four days and three nights. Horrible, horrible. service and rude manager. We had to ask for towels every day. They never made our bed even after we complained. When we went to the manager she was rude and said that is the only level of service they provide and we could use our towels AND wash clothes more than one day!     Dirty breakfast area, no sugar for coffee, and short food almost to 2 hours to close. Dirty beds and stained sheets. Dirty floors and stairs.
