    Every time I stay here, I feel very welcome! I like the fact that the staff remember me and asks me about my day or recent trip I've taken. Amanda is a great conversationalist. We could chat for hours if she didn't have to work! Her laughter and smile is contagious. I've never run into a single employee that was rude. They all seem genuinely to like working here. This is my "Go to" place when I come to Colorado.     I was locked in the bathroom for 25 to 30 minutes in the morning and had to very forcibly break the door handle on the sliding door to get out. Safety and fire hazard, An awful experience.When I informed Zara the front desk person she was dismissive and stated “I don’t know how that could’ve happened” when I asked her if there was a manager, she offered me an email. I returned a few minutes later and someone else was there. I asked him (Michael) for the manager he said he was and was more dismissive than her with no apology or even acknowledgment of the serious problem Sleep Inn, General Manager at Sleep Inn Denver Tech Center, responded to this review Dear Michael,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Because your reservation was booked through a third-party site, I was unable to adjust the rate directly at the property level.
