    Refuses to refund deposit

    This location is refusing to refund my security deposit for our service dog. I have disabled children and I notified them at check in we needed a first floor wheelchair accessible and have a service dog. Check in was fine and our stay was fine but now they are refusing to return the deposit for the dogs. Have sent me in circles to speak with the manager. I’m a Wyndham rewards member and have stayed and many others with no issues except this one.     I accidentally overslept and the staff had to come in and wake me, without giving details, they saw me in what could be a very embarrassing state, and they were not only respectful, but kind and helpful. The room was very clean, everything worked, all in all, a great stay.     Great hotel!! Great room close to everything. Wish the breakfast had more options. But will return. No bacon, scramble eggs, sausage, no butter for waffles.

    The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast great ... not far from the airport. Will definitely stay there again. We left our flask there and was wondering if anyone found it. Thanks.     Nice for cheap hotel

    Decent for a cheap hotel. Free breakfast and wifi were a plus. Room had fridge microwave and other perks but no safe. As a solo woman traveling I felt a little uneasy at times- my window sill was broken and the area seemed a tiny bit sketchy- but no one messed with me and I had a nice stay. No restaurants or stores within walking distance- just the highway- but you can door dash because it’s an urban area and it’s not far from both Aurora and Denver. I didn’t notice a pool or a gym so no comment on that. Laundry facilities worked fine. Fridge was clean and no mold.
