    The Fitness Center was not located inside the facility, and the shower/faucet did not have hot water until I checked out of the facility. I am sorry that your stay coincided with the hot water outage and that this impacted your experience with us.While our fitness center is not located within the hotel itself, guests have access to a 4,500-square-foot state-of-the-art fitness facility located just steps away in Dairy Block—less than a one-minute walk from our front door. Many guests enjoy having access to a larger, more comprehensive facility than a traditional hotel gym can offer, though I understand this may not have been what you were expecting.Regarding the hot water, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.     It is not advisable to stay at this hotel unless one is prepared to tolerate subpar service, including a refrigerator that does not work, broken balcony chairs, a small room, absence of hot water, and a front desk that is unmanned at 3:15 am, leading to a 30-minute delay in retrieving our car keys from valet. We will not be staying at this hotel again. We had asked on three separate occasions about potential issues with retrieving our car keys and were told each time that there would be no problems. While our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, there are occasions when team members may be assisting guests elsewhere in the building.
