    We had a great stay at The Westin Denver Downtown. The location is excellent, close to Union Station and LoDo, making it very convenient to explore the area. Our room had a beautiful mountain view, and the breakfast was very good as well. Comfortable stay and a great option in downtown Denver.

    Spent 5 nights at the Westin while in Denver for a conference. The hotel was clean, well kept, and modern, and we enjoyed using it as our home base. I found the conference space pleasant to use, except for a reception in a room that was undersized. The rest of my family found the Westin's location to be convenient to exploring Denver while I was busy. Recommended.

    Alleged Damage - Pinned with a $1700.00 dollar bill!!

    The hotel said they found damage after my stay and without even a conversation they charged me 1700 bucks! Manager is dodging calls! I was prompted to work with loss prevention and they will not return my call or emails. I have asked for justification and they will not work with me on this damage I DID NOT DUE! Do not stay here. Pool is cold, Staff is rude, food is horrrible!

    Perfect location for a fun downtown weekend! My husband and I just stayed here. Our daughter was getting engaged at the clock tower and we were there to surprise her. The facilities are in great shape and well maintained, there is a very cool indoor outdoor pool and the workout facilities are very nice as well. The only drawback I saw was I wish they had a hot tub. The showstopper of this trip was the STAFF the young lady that checked us in was so kind and sweet and gave us a complementary upgrade. When we got to the room, the TV was not working. The maintenance man was right there fixing it immediately telling us how sorry he was then while we waited for the proposal in the lounge/bar area. The bartender was so kind and fun and the young lady valet was always helpful with weather and directions and just an overall smile to start your day. Look forward to being able to get back to this Westin again. Well done!
