This affordable luxury hotel is situated in the heart of Denver's trendy residential area. It is only minutes to the State Capitol, 16th Street shopping centre, the Cherry Creek shopping district and many other Denver sights.

Facility

The hotel has 219 rooms and 47 suites, which are located on 14 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop.     The only reason I rated this experience a 2 was due to the bartender at the pool bar (Ezra) he was the best part of the entire experience. My sister and I flew in from CA for a concert and picked this hotel based on the Warwick status. Oh Boy we were we shocked at the level of service and cleanliness. From the moment we checked Priya was not inviting and rude at the front desk. We finally got our room and although it was roomy the cleanliness was below a zero. The standard at the hotel was not a true representation of the Warwick brand you expect a four star hotel that you pay $400 a night for to be at minimum decent. I would’ve rather have stayed at a Holiday Inn.     Invest Time to Book Elsewhere

    Where to start…I wanted to like this hotel so badly. Other reviews, photos and online presence gave a good impression at first. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and welcoming, although I did have complicated baggage in front and never has there been a staff member to assist with the heavy doors (that are the only entrance/exit option). I traveled with my dog and at times can have hands too full to pull on heavy cumbersome doors.Arriving into the room (no assistance offered or seemingly available) I was a bit thrown off by the orientation of the room. An overall glance looked “nice” but a tad awkward. After settling in a bit I began to find remnants of food/hair and debris around the carpet, as well as trash (razor blade cover). The oddly small television was wall mounted at a distance so far from the bed that even someone with perfect vision would struggle to watch comfortably. I called reception about this and inquired about possibly changing rooms, none were available. As we continued to settle into this room I unfortunately found more unsettling and dirty areas.Unfinished ceiling holes in the bathroom, dirty sink and very low shower water pressure made it near impossible to comfortably settle at any point during this trip.A lot of these problems would be solved with a bit more attention to detail and a quick fix/more detailed cleaning procedures.Fortunately I was in town visiting for a birthday nearby and able to use other accommodations - but this should not have been a necessity. Listed as a “4 star” hotel is a major misrepresentation & this entire experience was beyond lackluster and disappointing.I tried several times to change our room, at one point speaking directly with a staff member at the front desk and was told that several rooms were becoming available that day (05/21/2026). I confirmed multiple times with the staff that would be possible and that I would be contacted directly. I never received this call, any form of contact or attempts to do so.I am still confused on the operation of this facility, and would not recommend booking accommodation here whatsoever. I genuinely tried to keep giving this place a chance but the ball was dropped at every. single. opportunity.Positives: Ezra at the rooftop pool bar was fantastic, and beyond helpful and attentive. The espresso at the downstairs restaurant was also good.It would be helpful to warn guests about the loud construction which starts around 7:30/8am every morning directly across the street - which I have personally experienced during previous travel and always appreciated the heads up.Overall the majority of the reception staff and the vibe this hotel gives is that they just don’t care, and in no way can they call themselves 4 star without a lot of changes being made.     Very nice hotel but the location is not ideal! It is not walkable to most locations and there are not food options around. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly.     I absolutely love everything about this place from the rooft top pull to the great staff and amazing food and awesome views from great rooms. I wish I could remember everybody’s name so I could personally namethem but Ismail Sadie Geo another younger hotel front desk staff that always helps my son when he needs it as well as the blonde haired nighttime manager he’s always amazing and tends to allof our needs the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. The aesthetics are on point. The roads are always super clean. It’s always very nice and quiet. There’s never any It’s always very peaceful there. The location isn’t too bad. There’s meters and lots of pay parking and valet as well. and for as amazing as this place looks is the price or value on. It is very well worth it.
