  DISCUSSING AND DISAPPOINTING

  I traveled alone for a concert and was genuinely excited for this trip. I decided to treat myself and spend more than I normally would on a hotel with a 4.2-star rating, expecting a clean and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever experienced.The moment I walked in, the smell of smoke and urine was overwhelming. I’ve stayed in budget hotels and even 1 star Las Vegas casino hotels, and this was somehow worse. The carpets had numerous stains that appeared to be urine or something similar, making the entire room feel dirty and poorly maintained. Even the framed photos on the walls were crooked, which may seem minor, but it reflected the overall lack of care throughout the property.The amenities advertised were also extremely misleading. The hotel promotes a pool, hot tub, and gym. When I arrived, the pool and hot tub were completely empty and showed visible signs of mold. The gym was no better—every piece of equipment I tried to use was out of order, and the smell of mold in both the gym and pool area was incredibly strong.I was looking forward to a fun weekend and a memorable concert experience, but instead I spent my stay feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. For the price I paid and the rating this hotel has, the condition of the property was completely unacceptable. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

  Had to change rooms three times to finally get one where the AC was working.   This hotel has seen better days, but nevertheless my wife and I had a fine two-night stay. Our room's walls showed a lot of wear and tear, but otherwise the room was clean.   Avoid! Too many problems to list, This site won't allow me to upload vides of the stay

  The room was disgusting. The door lock was broken. Wierd in room jetted tub located in the bathroom. inside shower, Tiles cracked, allowing water in. The entire room showed lots of wear and tear. The room smelled wet, a moldy type smell. The refrigerator smelled awful and couldn't be opened due to the smell. The heater was also broken. It kept heating the room regardless of the setting. We had to be switched to a different room at 10:30 pm. No one would answer when I called the front desk. Walked to the front desk, waited about 20 minutes before someone came back to the desk.   No heat not good

  Booked for 3 nights 2 of those we had cold temperatures and rain 1st night checked in room had AC on so I tried to turn up heat but not working after an hour of no heat went to front desk I was given a different room 3rd floor guess what heater not working in that one either decided to sleep best I could next day complained to front desk wasn't given explanation just that they could offer me a small heater so seems like this is an on going problem I went out and bought a warm throw to keep me warm for that night as the next day would be much warmer also pool not working unknown when will be fixed both rooms had a smell to them pillows hard bed hard breakfast was OK some staff friendly others won't even smile back location is good to many places to eat easy access to highway hotel is in need of upgrades sinks had some decade to them windows didn't look so when looking for cheaper prices I guess it's a no ! , Owner at Wingate by Wyndham Greenwood Village/Denver Tech, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at Wingate by Wyndham Greenwood Village/Denver Tech.
