Horrible customer service

Had to interact with an obviously disgruntled slot tech and, this involved waiting a total of 35 minutes to get the machine fixed. When I complained to the slot manager on duty about the conduct of the tech, he told me to "have a nice day" so, I told him to "have a better one" because the customer service is HORRIBLE at Hollywood (not from everyone though). Hollywood Greektown casino hotel My sisters flew in for a girls trip and the Bruno Mars concert for Mothers Day. Christina at the hotel desk is awesome! Somehow our room had been given away she search for a long period of time for a 2 queen bed room with a great view…. She gave us a free upgrade to a 2 queen suite! Thank you Christina for going that extra step to make our trip so special! We all will be back yearly! I came to Greektown hotel for Mother's Day,they didn't have any housekeeper available,the lines was out the door,I finally got the room, sheets were dirty,no towels on request,this is absolutely unacceptable,I must say I am truly disappointed 😔 Margaritaville Bossier City, Owner at Hollywood Casino Hotel at Greektown, responded to this review Hi there,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
