  Manoj really took care of me the atmosphere was peaceful and the first room was not so good so he changed me into something better. I’m satisfied.   This hotel was just bad. Don't get me wrong. The staff were as accomodating and patient as they could be, but they were working in a dump. I was there for a weekend conference and many people had the same complaints. The rooms were small, had banged up firniture, were oddly shaped and dirty. Our curtains didn't close and we had to request a refridgerator. One tiny bathroom trashcan. We emptied it ourselves. Sheets and towels were stained. A friend was put in a room without a window. Housekeeping worked limited hours. You had to run the shower for at least five minutes to get hot water. Two elevators. One moaned and creaked, the other said you were on floor 9 going down, no matter where you actually were. Very disapointing expereince.   I attended a national 4-day event at this hotel with more than 500 attendees. Although I made my reservations early, the overall customer service experience was disappointing.The room itself had several issues, including inadequate lighting for working and a worn mattress that sagged badly in the center, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. When I tried calling the front desk for assistance, the phone rang repeatedly without an answer, and I eventually had to go downstairs in person.Communication with event attendees was also inconsistent, especially regarding fees and available amenities, which caused unnecessary confusion throughout the stay. During scheduled sessions, there was no water provided for attendees and little to no communication about nearby food options or recommended safety precautions when exploring the surrounding area.The hotel was also undergoing renovations during the event, and several safety concerns arose as a result. Combined with apparent staffing shortages and operational issues, the hotel did not appear adequately prepared to host a group of this size. At checkout, there was no desk clerk available for approximately 20 minutes, creating additional frustration for guests trying to leave on schedule.Overall, the experience fell below expectations for a national event venue. With better staffing, clearer communication, improved room maintenance, and stronger attention to guest safety and event coordination, the experience could improve significantly.   I’ll be honest—the rooms definitely need renovation and there’s a lot of scope for improvement in terms of overall upkeep. However, what truly stands out at this hotel is the staff.A special mention to Ivan from the breakfast team, who is doing a fantastic job. Everything was fresh, and he made sure we were well taken care of. He was incredibly thoughtful, once he learned I’m vegetarian, he even took the effort to cut fresh fruits for me. His warm and caring nature really made us feel comfortable.At the reception, Mr. Manoj was extremely helpful and ensured all our room needs were taken care of promptly. Ms. Asiah was also very kind and accommodated us with a late checkout due to our late flight, which we truly appreciated.Overall, while the hotel itself needs significant improvements, the staff’s kindness and hospitality made our stay much more pleasant.
