  First room given, the room was not clean. Second room, clerk had to use master key to get us in room. Third, bathtub in that room did not work for my wife to take a bath. So we switched rooms AGAIN & had to switch rooms AGAIN! The fourth room bath tub STILL did not work! I was so annoyed, I asked for a refund & clerk said that only the manager can give a refund so I said I’ll just stay. The tv was stuck on CC & remote would not adjust. No breakfast, air conditioning was loud all night. WORSE HOTEL EVER !!!!!!

  the hotel has an excellent location. My initial check-in was very smooth. Parking was easy and included. The room was very clean. My only glitch was returning back from outside I had to redo my room keys twice. The initial process after extending my stay did not deliver as advertised which caused me to get new keys 3 times! The room cleaning scheduling and towel swap were excellent. Room was very comfortable and quiet for the location.

  The pillow are the fluffiest I ever felt , I slept like a baby which I never do in previous hotels, room is so clean and beds are so comfortable I really enjoyed it

  Very nice big room with all the amenities , Clean and smell fresh , Friendly staff specially Sami at the front desk he was so helpful and very welcomed by doing all what he can to make us happy and feel home .

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS!

  I had a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel. First and foremost, the towels provided were clearly not clean — they had stains and a musty smell, which was completely unacceptable. What made matters worse was the blatant false advertising: the hotel website claimed there was an onsite swimming pool, but upon arrival, I was informed that there is no pool on site.The final straw was the customer service. I decided to check out early due to these issues, but when I requested a refund for the unused nights, the staff flatly refused. There was no effort to apologize or make things right — just a firm "no refunds" policy with zero flexibility or understanding.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere that values honesty, cleanliness, and basic customer service.
