  Quiet area. Very nice. Some construction going on specifically in front entrance as of this writing. Rooms look like recently renovated (at least carpeting in my room). Comfy & clean sheets, room equipped with mini fridge & microwave, 3 pillows each per bed, $6 charge for water bottle in room. Although my bathroom could use a bit more scrubbing/detailing. Reception was professional & courteous. Courtyard doesn't offer free breakfast. Lobby has Starbucks Cafe open limited hours. Lots of free parking.

  MY stay at The Marriott in Somerset was AMAZING!!!!!! my room was clean and service Great. it felt like I was family.I GIVE ALL MY PRAISE TO Giselle !!! at the front desk, she was EXSTREAMLYACCOMMADATING. Super Friendly, Giselle is what Great Hospitality looks like Going Above and Beyond Naturally, PLEASE Place her in a Teaching position to train and develop others in your Corporation on how to keep Guest giving Fantastic Reviews/Thank you Giselle your the Best!!!!!

  Filthy and old rooms - wouldn't stay one night.

  Hands down the dirtiest hotel I've even been in. I didn't want to put my bags down. The furniture was stained, ripped and torn in places. The carpet was sticky. I walked in, called the front desk to cancel my reservation and went elsewhere. It is shameful that Marriott has their name on it. They actually write newly renovated but that's just the lobby - the rooms were over 15 years ago. Gross. Bret Esbrandt, General Manager at Courtyard Somerset, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback. I apologize you did not enjoy our property. We do have some trepidation regarding the accuracy and validity of your review as we serve 100's of guest daily and have not received this type of feedback, as cleanliness is main priority and our rooms do involve a triple inspection process. Again, I apologize you did not find our hotel suitable and respect your opinion, but again we do question the feedback you provided.

  Used to stay here a few times a year pre-pandemic and hadn’t been in several years. I found it basically the same place it always was (though the old Staybridge next door appears to have turned into Section-8 housing under the Sonesta name). Check in was quick and courteous. The room was Courtyard standard. Quiet place, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and pressure. The room was clean though the bathroom could do with a deep cleaning (hands and knees). Plenty of free parking. No free breakfast, so do yourself a favor and drive 3 minutes around the corner to Pierce Street Bagels and get a delicious bagel while supporting a local business. Overall, wouldn’t hesitate to return.

  Terrible Experience!!!

  Absolute worst experience ever. I was visiting my mother for her retirement party. The hotel shuttle bus employee was not paying any attention and ran into the passenger side of my car. I was poorly treated noone even took the time to make me feel whole. Like they literally gave me a 100.00 credit and thats it. Noone from the onsite team even apologized!. This is ridiculous.
