Quiet Atmosphere

Stayed there this past weekend for Beatstock 2026 at PNC Bank Arena which was 25 minutes out. When arriving plenty of parking space and saw a cat underneath our car. When entering atmosphere was calm and reception was welcoming. The room was big in space. AC/Heating worked. Quiet setting and could rest well. Room was clean overall. Bathroom was small and water was at low pressure. One of the extra comforters was ripped. Wish there was a pool accessible as only the fitness was available. Also, they should add complimentary breakfast as the restaurant is overpriced. Saw someone get two chips and soda for $19.00. There are food places nearby. We ordered Dominos and picked it up across the street. Could have been better but, it is a business hotel. Not luxurious but nice.

This is an older hotel that has been updated. I must say it looks a lot better on the inside than the outside. The front desk was friendly and welcoming and the lobby was nice. There is a small bar/restaurant off of the lobby where we enjoyed a nice free breakfast. The room was clean with nice linens on the bed and in the bathroom. The shower is in the bathtub which drained a bit slow but it was fine. Good water pressure and shower products. No complaints at all about the room. sloppy cleaning person and faulty door locker

Used to be my top stay choice in NYC area.However, Please do not book this hotel, for your own safety!!!!The room had a serious design and safety issue with the door lock. I left the room during the day, and when I came back, the door was somehow locked from the inside. I could not get into my own room and had to ask someone to come unlock it for me. It was extremely frustrating and honestly quite concerning that a room door could be locked from the inside while the guest was outside.On top of that, the room was unbearably hot, as I turn off the AC when I left!! and housekeeping never cleaned the room the entire day. When I raised these issues with the front desk, they kept arguing and justifying the situation instead of offering any real solution. They also claimed that I needed to put up a sign to request cleaning, which was ridiculous to meOverall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The unsafe door-lock situation, lack of housekeeping, overheated room, and poor front desk attitude made the stay completely unacceptable.!!!!! aviod at all cost!!!!!! I booked a room with Chase IHG rewards points.When I arrived, guy at front desk couldn't find my reservation, even after I showed him email with confirmation # I asked to speak to manager. He stated no manager would be available until next day.Desperate, I booked a room and paid with credit card.After returning from dinner, the front desk guy said he found my rewards point reservation. So I moved my stuff from room for which I paid to the rewards point room. Front desk guy promised me my that the $ I paid for the original room would be refunded. It never was.
