  We noted the bad reviews but decided to try one night at this hotel. The good qualities include a nice breakfast buffet, nice happy hour, spacious suite, nice atrium, good location with malls a short drive nearby, Wawa nearby for supplies, gas and EV charging, The not so good qualities include that it needs some renovation, rooms are dark, they don’t pick up the dirty sheets from the hallway promptly, some dirty areas. I had an overall favorable experience and would stay here again; if it did not like my room I would ask for a change. There was an Indian vendor event when we were there.

  Disgusting Hotel

  We checked in and immediately checked out after seeing the room. Musty smell as soon as we opened the door. Stains on the mattress and drapes were torn and had stains of some sort on them The walls looked like a 3rd grader patched them. If this is owned by Hilton then shame on you. If this is a private owner then Hilton should strip you of the Hilton franchise. As a traveler that only uses Hilton properties I was disgusted. This is the first time that we have ever walked out of a hotel. To make matters worse they would not refund me for the stay and would not check us out. I understand refund policies but when you come to room that was not clean you should not have to pay. I posted some pictures below. After we left we found a Hilton Garden Inn 20 mins away and booked there. Nothing like paying Hilton twice. I will be witting to Hilton corporation as this place was disgusting.

  Wonderful layout, badly neglected rooms

  We stayed here with our soccer team from New York for a tournament. We’ve always loved Embassy Suites because the layout is so convenient for teams and families. The kids enjoy being able to see each other across the balconies and easily find one another, and as parents, we appreciate being able to keep an eye on them while still gathering together in the middle atrium. The lobby, atrium, and bar area are definitely a highlight, and the breakfast each morning is always a big plus. The restaurant food was also pretty good for quick bar-style meals.Unfortunately, where this hotel really falls short is in the guest rooms. They are very dark and in serious need of renovation. There were splatters and stains in multiple places throughout the room - on the walls, curtains, headboards, and furniture - which immediately made the room feel unclean.Our room also had clearly not been vacuumed properly, as there were tortilla chips on the floor along with water bottle caps. The refrigerator was not working and smelled strongly of mildew. When we reported it to the front desk, someone came up only to check why it wasn’t working rather than replacing it as we requested, so we ended up without a fridge for all three days of our stay.One of the bed linens had a large yellowish-brown stain on it that was obvious as soon as we pulled back the covers, which was especially frustrating because it seemed impossible to miss during housekeeping. Although it was replaced, the new blanket had several rips in it. The sink outside the bathroom was plugged and full of water, almost as if it had been started to be cleaned but never finished, and the bathroom sink had small hairs in it along with toothpaste residue on the side. The bedding overall was uncomfortable, one of the pillows was yellowed, and the mattresses were not great.This hotel has the potential to be a really great place to stay because the common areas and setup are so ideal for families and teams. But until the rooms are properly cleaned, maintained, and updated, there are definitely better options.

  I was supposed to go to this hotel on Sunday, February 22 for a 3 night stay for business. Due to the record blizzard, no flights were going and so I called to cancel the booking. They told me, since I was outside the cancellation window, they would still charge me as a no-show for 1 night stay. I stay here all of the time ( maybe 40-50 nights a year, but no more. They need to get there priorities straight...in emergencies, you have to be flexible.

  We like Embassy Suites for the indoor balcony design and the plants that typically fill the lobby and atrium. This one did not disappoint in that area. The lobby/atrium/breakfast area was beautiful. Breakfast was very plentiful and very good. They gave us a room on the first floor near an exterior door, which was thoughtful of them since we had our dog with us. The room needed a few minor repairs - cracks and scuffs in the bathroom - but it was clean and comfortable. There was the cutest dog made from towels waiting for us in our room. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
