Definitely not worth the price. The hotel was extremely expensive for what you actually get. At the end of the day, it feels like a regular hotel and nothing about the stay justified the high price.The cleanliness was also disappointing. The refrigerator in the room was not clean, and the chair was not the cleanest either. For the amount they charge, I expected much better attention to cleanliness and overall quality.I also called the hotel before my stay specifically to ask about food deliveries and was told that I would not have to go downstairs to pick up my food. Once I arrived, I was told that I did have to go downstairs for it. This was extremely frustrating because if I had known beforehand that I would have to come downstairs for my food deliveries, I would not have booked this hotel in the first place.Overall, I just don’t feel the experience came close to matching the price. I don’t see myself coming back to this hotel.

A very good stay

For my wife's 50th HS reunion, we stayed at one of the 'official' hotels. We were very pleased with our stay. Our room was quite large and was well arranged. Compared to a lot of comparable hotels, lighting was very good, and there was plenty of storage space. We even had little basket cubicles in the closet area. The end tables were larger than average, so I had plenty of space for both my pocket stuff and my C-PAP machine. We had a pretty comfortable office chair and an easy (non-reclining) chair, great for watching the large TV, along with a large desk and a small table by the easy chair. We slept pretty well on the large bed. Bathroom supplies were also quite reasonable, and the shower even gave a decent spray.There were only two minor issues. The toilet did run, but as we didn't hear it from the bedroom, I waited till check-out to report the problem. The other issue is that breakfast was NOT included. The room was moderately priced, which usually includes a morning meal.I don't know if I'll be back in the area, but I'd have no problem staying here again if I did.

Staff has no empathy

I was deeply disappointed by the lack of empathy from the staff at this hotel. Due to a death in the family, I had to cancel my reservation and requested consideration for a reduction of the steep cancellation fee. Every other hotel and airline I dealt with on this trip was at least sympathetic—some even offered concessions—yet this hotel was an exception.The staff not only dismissed my situation but implied I had lied about my reason for cancelation, claiming I cited the nightly price instead. After clarifying that wasn’t the case and leaving a voicemail, I was promised a call from the manager. That call never came.As a Hilton Diamond member, I expect a minimum standard of compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately, this property fell short, and I will not be returning.

10/10 – A Perfect Little Getaway!My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days just to relax and escape the everyday. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and just what we needed.The staff was truly amazing! Every front desk attendant we interacted with—from the 7-3, 3-11, and 11-7 shifts—was friendly, helpful, and even made us laugh. They didn’t mind us hanging out in the lobby all day, talking, playing cards, and enjoying the vibe.The restaurant was also a highlight. The food was delicious, and while breakfast isn’t included, it was worth it—especially thanks to Dana, the morning attendant. She was so sweet and attentive.This was a 10/10 stay. We’ll definitely be back for another quick escape!
