  Excellent Accomodations truly impressed as I travel often Staff are friendly & professional very kind rooms commons and lobby clean continental breakfast is over the moon fantastic a lovely variety clean clean clean!   I had the worst experience ever staying at this hotel. The two-star rating should be downgraded to one star due to the poor treatment of guests and the terrible conditions of the rooms.Unfortunately, I would never choose to stay here myself, but as a wedding vendor, I had no choice but to stay here for an event. I was assured of a late check-out for my stay, but the service I received was appalling.At 12 PM, I was harassed for leaving the room, even though the parking lot was empty, clearly indicating low occupancy. It felt more like a hotel that caters to short stays. Despite informing the front desk that I would leave, within five minutes, a cleaning lady knocked on the door. Shortly after, a rude maintenance man appeared, demanding I vacate the room immediately.To make matters worse, the non-smoking room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke, and the walls were paper thin—you could hear every noise from the surrounding rooms.Being treated like a squatter at a place you’re paying to stay, along with dealing with such poor room conditions, is horrendous and unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Best Western East Brunswick Inn, General Manager at SureStay Hotel By Best Western East Brunswick, responded to this review Hello, I hope all is well. We were being very courteous to you letting you stay past 12pm. You were undecisive about staying or leaving. Usually there is a $20 fee but you were waived. You left the room around 12:45pm madam not 12pm. Our parking lot looked empty because mostly all of the guest checked out at 11am, that is the reason you saw a few cars. The maintenance man was just doing his rounds checking on rooms. He was also just making sure you knew about the 1pm fee that would be charged. All and all you were being the rude one in this situation. We do apologize for keeping our professionalism at all times. We hope wherever you chose to go next to make sure to show gratitude to hospitality workers.Thank you

  Avoid Best Western hotels

  Even though I booked a mobility accessible room thru Best Western, a mobility accessible room was NOT available. The front desk manager said the accessible room had not been cleaned and the maids left at 3:00. This was the 2nd Best Western motel that did not have an accessible room that I had booked. My wife is in a wheelchair and really needs an accessible room. All other motels on a 16 day trip had accessible rooms. The ground floor room the manager put us in was not very clean and the A/C did not work very well. Best Western East Brunswick Inn, General Manager at SureStay Hotel By Best Western East Brunswick, responded to this review Apologies there was no accessible room at the time. We were sold out or the guest extended. We sincerely regret that your experience was less than perfect. We care deeply about our guest and want to provide the most comfortable experience possible.

  Hotel is run down. Rooms reek of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Rugs were filthy, bathroom faucet broken, HVAC old and dirty and hard to regulate. A lot of people live there full time and loiter around the property blocking the sidewalks, smoking, heavy marijuana smell. Breakfast was Jimmy Dean Sandwiches. No room to sit, filled with the people who live there. It’s too bad because the location isn’t bad and usually Best Western products are not run down like this
