  Needs renovation desperately

  Rooms need a major upgrade. Furniture is worn out and chipped, bedding torn on edges, hallway full of skuffs and dents. Check-in staff were just doing their jobs and not very impressive. No info about breakfast or other amenities offered just handed us our keys.   Zero amenities and poor customer service. Rooms are seriously outdated. They are crazy for charging over $300/night. Never again.   Location was unbeatable! We were bummed that the pool was not open and I wish there were a microwave in the room. Other than that, the place is perfect! Staff at the front desk are all super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here when we visit again!   Blizzard storm pleasant warm hotel stay

  Good stay. Friendly staff. Stayed during the February blizzard of 2026, room was nice, clean and warm. Shower water had nice pressure , all the amenities are good selections.   Pool was closed, no offer to credit. Evacuated at 1am! Peeling paint. No parking. Avoid. I was there to see a show at NB PAC, convenient for that, but God disappointing. After closing the pool and evacuating, she only gave us $18 refund.
