Needs renovation desperately

Rooms need a major upgrade. Furniture is worn out and chipped, bedding torn on edges, hallway full of skuffs and dents. Check-in staff were just doing their jobs and not very impressive. No info about breakfast or other amenities offered just handed us our keys. Your comments regarding the condition of the guest rooms and hallways are concerning, and we regret the impression this left. Maintaining our facilities to a high standard is a priority, and your feedback has been shared with our management and engineering teams for immediate review. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as it allows us to improve both our product and service. We hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide the level of experience we are known for.

Great location!

Location was unbeatable! We were bummed that the pool was not open and I wish there were a microwave in the room. Other than that, the place is perfect! Staff at the front desk are all super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here when we visit again! We understand how these amenities can enhance the overall guest experience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention as we continually evaluate ways to improve our offerings. It’s wonderful to know that, overall, you had a great stay and that you would choose to return when visiting the area again. We look forward to welcoming you back and providing an even more seamless experience next time.

Not worth it.

Pool was closed, no offer to credit. Evacuated at 1am! Peeling paint. No parking. Avoid. I was there to see a show at NB PAC, convenient for that, but God disappointing. After closing the pool and evacuating, she only gave us $18 refund.
