This was already a mediocre hotel to begin with, but the desk staff are both incredibly rude and dumb as hell. They charged me twice for the same night instead of two nights and then banged on my door and cussed me out for not paying even though I had receipts. I’m pretty sure these horrible people must be related to the owners because no one else would put up with this. There’s cheaper hotels a block away with nicer staff. STAY AWAY. The front desk clerk was very rude, argumentative and unprofessional. I asked for a receipt for the additional charges and it escalated very quickly with a pile of aggression and attitude. I was told to leave the hotel and she called the police to escort me out in the racing with a 4 day old baby and a 3 year old toddler. I really don't think asking for a receipt wanted this kind of behavior. Clean, simple accommodations at an excellent price point

Checked in yesterday, took 2 minutes. Room I reserved was what I reserved and was clean. Just stayed here my first night and all went smooth, no complaints here. Horrible. Upon walking into the tiny lobby, you are hit with the smell of marijuana. The person is behind bullet proof glass and to process your transaction a bank style drawer is used. This does not give me a sense of safety. The room was in horrible condition. The bed was sunken in the middle and had stains on the sheets. There were stains on the walls with fixtures falling off of it. The smoke detector was hanging halfway down the wall from a wire. I didn't wait to find any bugs and literally walked in and turned around and walked back to the lobby for a refund.
