Location

This family-friendly hotel lies on the outskirts of Key West’s old town, just a few minutes walk from the nearest beaches, a selection of restaurants, shops and other local attractions.

Facility

Units include 133 rooms and 14 suites located in a 2-storey main building and 3 auxiliary buildings. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can go for an energising swim at the freshwater pool complex (in part heated). A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and golf are available. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning and diving or, for a fee, water skiing. The hotel's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and billiards. A spa and a sauna are available in the wellness area.

Meals

The dining area includes a non-smoking restaurant and a bar. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    I previously stayed here about 8 years ago. the hotel was fairly new and had great stay. Most recent trip showed the hotel has been aggressively used. Our room was worn and reeked of smoke. It appears like long term residents are staying in rooms on parking lot side of hotel. Pool is ok but not heated. And yes in March it still needed heat. Wouldn't stay again anytime soon.     Looks like motel converted into a small resort. Free on site parking, free shuttle to beach and Malory square/duval street. Free breakfast. Great pool. Excellent location. All for a great rate.     Everything Was Great!

    This is a top notch hotel. The value far exceeds the price, and Key West can be a pricey stay. They have a great shuttle service to and from the main tourist area. The laundry and fitness center are a plus. All the staff are to be commended for their service, but Joaquin at reception was a star. The grounds are beautiful and I enjoyed the spaces. The breakfast buffet is very similar to any other but nice to have on-site. In addition to their shuttle, we used the Key West Trolley service to get around. There is a 5 minute walk from Stop 7 to the hotel. All-in-all we were very pleased.     It was a pleasure to stay here!! Great location, rooms were clean , nice and comfortable , nice pool , free breakfast and very attentive staff in the front desk, especially Joaquin and Kevin , these gentleman are so well mannered and customer service oriented with a great attitude and attention to detail!     Perfect Key West Location! The Fairfield Inn Key West Collection is a great choice when visiting the Keys. The Property is spacious and well maintained with a Key West vibe.
