  Perfect Key West Hideaway!

  Fitch Lodge was absolutely perfect! Ideal Old Town location on a quiet street at 1030 Eaton but walking distance to Duval and the Historic Seaport, super clean and quiet room, and the heated pool + free loaner bikes made it even better. Classic Key West charm with great service - best value in Key West, we'll definitely be back!

  Possibly a great central location with a historic vibe but the place was dirty and smelly ( dogs) . Very tired and run down . The website and Instagram make it look a whole lot better than it is . If you fancy a rough , run down , miserable room with a central base then it’s for you . For us we checked in and checked out immediately. Sorry

  Worst place we ever been

  If I could give them 0 I would .Called on phone to make reservation .Yes was late but somehow we made it no asking about price because we knew it is labor weekend and +key west .There was no other available rooms on key west at least in so called downtown .Le was nice and polite what was like ok we will make it will be ok Picture on site look great saying with breakfast she will wait for us late check in Amazing what else you would wish for .So we coming 9 o clock on Friday night evening and finding out we get a room in building across the street literary room door is on the street .Ask again can she switch us rooms at least bigger room next to us is empty .Nope it is already occupied which we will find out tomorrow night when other guest arrived that was not occupied .Answer to me was that is occupied, Answer to my husband is that they moved guest and fixing toilet .Which obviously was not true .Then when my husband come back to room he find out condom on door handle ????Ok again we start laughing like e it is Key west And then soon as we close the door start some noise in front of the door which will ended up that somebody breaking in the room ??????Calling front desk which is not present on site , And asking what we can do Because when we open door we find dome guy who is saying that somebody braking his door .So make this story short .They didn't do almost nothing explanation was they call the police and that was a drunk guest .Nobody didnt come to us at least apologize.They didn't even try to change rooms Some managers call and leave a message how the will not charge us customer fee or however they called that.and they fired a girl who was answering on phone or was on site Do you need to hear that as guest ????So no breakfast , you paying extra for water and coffe plus amenities (yoga mats) Complete disaster do not even want to talk about parking .If you called them directly you are not supposed be charge $45 some customer fee or something like that for coffee, water and amenities .We at the and paid how much she told us on beginning and it is not s problem we would pay more just that they didnt put us in situation that you pay for you vacation and then you feel that they treat you as s garbage Would not recommend to anybody go in that place before checking which room they getting if you want that place .Was so upset didnt take a picture of the room There was mix match new and old furniture Bathroom disaster Lee was nice and polite but for what reason she was toward us like that at least after all trouble the could do something it is s hotel ehst you pay to relax not chase around all the trouble what was happening .We was not happy we was beyond unhappy guests .Traveling a lot but this was worst experience in my life And after all when we leave bad feedback they start sending emails

  We had such an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was also fantastic and made getting around so easy.Most importantly, we want to give a special shoutout to Lee, who truly made our stay so much more enjoyable. She was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived and made us feel so welcome. She gave us the best recommendations, was incredibly helpful with anything we needed, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.It’s the kind of customer service that really stands out and makes you want to come back.
