  Spacious, quiet rooms away from the crowds and near the airport

  We stayed at Hampton Inn for 3 nights. Desk staff was friendly and helpful, shuttles were available often, and breakfast is provided. Pool area was large with a bar, and as a guest, you get a complimentary drink. They also provided plenty of free bottles of water. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. The units are in several pods on the property and room entrances are outside. Rooms on floors other than first have small balconies.The Atlantic Ocean is just across the street and you are approximately 15 minutes from Duval and tourist attractions near Mallory Square.   Their lack in Customer Service, SPEAKS VOLUMES

  ABSOLUTELY ZERO IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, still stuck in traffic (accident deadlocked for 2 hours and still waiting) and storms impossible to make it today and checkout is tomorrow..THEY DID NOT CARE AND ARE KEEPING THE $500. NEVER AGAIN.   Not the best Hilton experience.

  The hotel itself was nice and the room was comfortable. The porch view of the ocean was nice, provided there was not a lot of traffic, since the view was across a roadway. The pool was enjoyable and the Tiki bar was nice to get a soda or drink while at the pool or just wanting to relax. Room refresh services were not performed as described at check-in. You were not able to put anything on the coffee table in the room as it was so shaky at even the slightest touch, I was afraid it would break. Your choice of seating in the room was either the desk chair or the sofa/chaise. A separate chair would have been nice.The breakfast area was very small and the one time we went to have breakfast there, it was very dirty with food spills and dirty plates at both the food counter and the tables and no napkins were available. As someone who can only have decaf coffee, I was surprised there was none available.   Terrible stay

  Terrible place, stay away! Pictures so deceiving, no beach there, just a busy street between a front building of the hotel and the ocean.So unprofessional, front desk people rude and unhelpful. They didn't recognize my Hilton status, gave us 2 rooms most far away, closest to the airport runway, at the end of the last building, with a motel like entry from the outside. With my international guests including a child we were passing by the garbage and some people sitting at the stairs and smoking cigarettes and not only. They gave me 1 card to put at the windshield of our car, yet charged for 2 parking fees. Totally unsatisfactory stay.   Excellent hospitality from the staff!

  Hampton Inn with style. Only one that they continually provides complimentary bottled water to all guests, all the time. Also self serve ice water at the tiki bar. Sounds trivial but loved this!Location is great, quiet area with a couple restaurants in walking distance. Close to airport. Shuttle was amazing bonus. On time and friendly too. Sign up if you know when you want it, it can get busy. Take a schedule with you, comes in handy! Complimentary breakfast seemed typical. Staff was always moving to keep up with the flow of guests. Nice to have something to grab before you start the day. Hotel and rooms were very clean. It did have a weird odor, that came and went, maybe pulling thru the A/C. Closet was in the large bathroom, where the iron and board was located, very convenient, another bonus. Very nice shower. Had a great view of the water and pool on the nice sized balcony with comfortable patio furniture. Pool was fairly warm most times, could have used some cool water cycling thru it, but beautifully clean pool. Tiki bar bartender was great. Food was surprisingly good for just pool food.Grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained.My only real complaint was the fishy smell near the outside walkway . Probably the seaweed smell coming off the water.
