    Multi generational Floridians who have been visiting the Keys for many years. Very well maintained property in a convenient location. Property was a Howard Johnson's before and room size (smaller) reflects this but has been updated nicely in rooms and public spaces. AC is noisy. The view showing the pool near the water was taken from the second floor and long ago since the hedge is 10-12 feet high all along where the water is and behind the tiki hut and not visible from the pool area. Be prepared for lots of local taxes and a $10 parking fee a night which is ridiculous. Just another way to rip off customers. Great boat launch across the street if needed.

    Excellent stay. Feels more like a resort. The whole place has recently been remodeled and updated. Very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast is much better than anticipated. Pool area and hot tub bar feel like you’re at a mini resort. The dock is wonderfully decorated and allows for fishing, if so desired.We were not expecting something this cute, homie and clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

    Based a reviews, we weren’t expecting much from our stay at Hampton Inn but were pleasantly surprised. The room is basic but the amenities are pretty good. There is a nice pool and hot tub with tiki bar. The gym is decent. The lobby has recently been upgraded and includes a TV room and breakfast area. The breakfast was your standard Hampton breakfast… eggs, bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, bagels, dry cereal, etc. We would stay again if the price was right. The parking fee is frustrating. Just make one all-inclusive resort amenity fee so people don’t feel nickel and dimed.

    I paid $400 per night ( $110 in taxes and service )for a higher-floor room with a balcony but was given a ground-floor room with no balcony. The room was dark and poorly lit. You don’t get what you paid for. The front desk and manager did not help when I complained. I am requesting a partial refund or compensation for the downgrade.
