    I had a fantastic deep tissue massage and would highly recommend Jessica! She asked me which areas that I felt needed treatment and worked extremely well in fixing any tense muscles. It was a highlight of my trip.

    Our vacation was filled with beautiful landscapes, peaceful pools, and fun activities. We traveled with a family ranging in ages from 3-63. There was something for everyone to enjoy! The highlight of the trip was the sandbar tour on the S.S. Pops! We saw dolphins, went paddle boarding, and relaxed on a beautiful sandbar. At the hotel we enjoyed the pools. They were never too crowded and there was always a lounge chair waiting for us. Our favorite restaurant was the Beach Bar due to our favorite server Samantha! We had a wonderful time and would definitely go again!

    Hidden fees when you check out get ready to pay additional cost for parking and other fees we stayed 2 nights over 180 in fees Justin Nels, General Manager at Isla Bella Beach Resort, responded to this review Dear V9721CNmichaels, I need to clarify your comments as they will confuse future guests. There are no hidden fees. All are listed on your confirmation letter and on the website. Lastly, we recommend that you call the front desk and they can send you a copy of the registration card that you signed and initialed at check in showing the fees that you claim are hidden.     Very overrated and misleading advertisements

    Very over-hyped. It is not as portrayed in pictures. Implied rooms with walk out to beach do not exist. Rooms open to narrow strip of sand with activity games (that do not offer relaxing environment) and no direct access to water. Rooms are nice but not "spa" quality. Towels are thin (not plush), shower tiles have some mold and need re-grouted. Water pressure is fair. In room coffee is located in a low dresser cabinet so it is very difficult to access and always damp (think mold). It is sold as an event place so during our stay there was a party which prevented walking though parts of the resort, and meant loud music though the evening! Free water bottle is not insulated so not much good in the Florida heat. As to the good... nice beach bar but too small to accommodate guests. Very nice location and views. We need to clarify your comments as they will confuse future guests. We do have rooms that walk out to a sandy beach and can be viewed on our website. We offer tumblers at check-in that can be filled throughout the resort with cold water. Yes, we do have weddings as a top resort destination in the Southeast but that does not prohibit guests from using all of our amenities.
