    Although it seems to be a little over-priced it is a good place to spend a few days in the sun. (weekend days are $27 more than weekdays as well)Has a swimming pool, coffee available in the morning, lots of seating by the water and a nice area to clean the fish catch.Daily room service very limited....every 2-3 days unless there is an immediate need. We did not have any WI-FI during our stay of 5 days.Located close to the heart of Marathon Key.

    Even though the rooms were small they were clean and priced right. Staff was very helpful. Scenic canal view with coffee on the water every morning.

    Clean, layout of room was nice. No breakfast offered and pool is not heated. Great location though and the front desk staff was really helpful and nice.

    The staff was very responsive. Microwave was rusted internally and they replaced. TV malfunctioned the next day and it was replaced as well. Our room wasn't that clean. Cleaning staff could do a better job.

    The property was older but very clean! Our room was in the back right next to the deck and water. Had a great cabana with seating and tables. Very quiet except for the roosters in the am and Huey choppers refueling within a mile. That just added charm along with the manatee and her young coming up to the dock. Clean room was very spacious.
