This historical hotel lies on Duval Street in the lively centre of the city. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the sea. There are plenty of Key West attractions within walking distance of the hotel. Fort Zachary Taylor Beach is a short distance away, which offers a concession stand, showers, snorkelling and nature walking trails.

The hotel has 160 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a TV room, room service, a conference room and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.     I recently stayed at The Concha Hotel in Key West for my dad’s birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location on Duval Street is unbeatable , you’re steps away from a myriad of restaurants, bars, shops, and iconic Key West spots. It truly doesn’t get more convenient than this.The hotel itself is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. You can feel the history in the architecture and atmosphere, yet everything is beautifully renovated, comfortable, and upscale.I want to give special credit to Jenn Robino, who went above and beyond to make my dad’s birthday memorable. Her attention, kindness, and professionalism made a huge difference in our stay.Overall, I highly recommend The Concha Hotel. Between the location, the historic feel, and the exceptional service, I’ll definitely be back.

    La Concha is a special place and what makes it so unique are the people that take care of it and take care of you. My husband and I had an amazing weekend meeting friends. Thank you Jen, Harry, Giovanna, German, Emma, and Eric. La Concha is the best option for your Key West stay - great location, amenities, and people.

    ?I was hesitant after seeing a few mixed reviews, but La Concha delivered an amazing stay for the second leg of our anniversary trip. The property is clean, polished, lush, and perfectly located within walking distance of everything.?A few standout staff members deserve major praise:-?Front Desk Team: Check-in was smooth thanks to the young man at the front desk, who was awesome and delivered great customer service right off the bat. Britney was also fantastic and super stylish—she provided outstanding service and handled every request immediately.?-The Coffee Bar Barista: Unbelievably attentive! After day one, he remembered our exact drink order every morning of our 3-night stay.?-The Pool Bar & Main Bar: The pool bartender was great while we waited for our room, which was prepped perfectly with our requested champagne, cookies, and charcuterie board. The bartender from Connecticut at the main bar was also wonderfully attentive.-?The Standout Bartender: The all-star of the trip was a bartender originally from the country of Georgia. He was so awesome and accommodating that after dinner in town, we came straight back to the hotel bar just to get more drinks from him!?We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back to this amazing location!
