    The location was a block off of Duval and at the SM point. PERFECT the rooms were the right size, just what you need and CLEAN. Staff was fantastic and the breakfast every morning did not leave you hungry! Will Definity book here again for our annual May trip.     The hotel is nice, but there are a lot of extra fees for parking, resort fees, etc...The roosters in the area are early risers and start screeching around 4:30 A.M. It's hard to get a good nights rest. The location is convenient to restaurants and shops, but it is pretty expensive for what you get.     Needs bleach and new tiles.

    There are some great things about this place— bed is comfortable, great access to pool, lovely poolside area, great location. The not-so-great things — the bathrooms need to be remodeled, the shower tiles and mold are not acceptable (wear sandals). The room directly above ours was getting remodeled so it was impossible to get a nap in. Maybe a remolded room would have been ok.

    The location was great but the pictures are a bit deceptive. The hotel wasn’t that nice. The beach was dirty and our AC barely worked so it never cooled off in our room. Staff told us that was as good as it gets. The phone didn’t work and the shower would not drain. I would not stay again.     Positives: great location, complimentary breakfast, nice pool area. Fairly cheap place to stay. Negatives: rooms are super small, parking is $30 a day, person at front desk has zero personality or people skills. Rooms are outdated and need some TLC.
