Spacious rooms - Great location!

This was our first time staying at The Reach and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The rooms are quite spacious, very clean, and well appointed. However, cleanliness and maintenance could've been better in the guest corridors and elevators. The public spaces pool, lawn, beach, gift shop & restaurants were all well maintained and inviting... food was delicious! A highlight of the property is the location. One of the few resorts on a sandy beach and access to the South Point gazebo. Just around the corner from the South Point buoy and completely in walking distance to Duval Street. My husband and I were there on our own this time, but I have already made reservations for our whole family to return next year - I think it will be a perfect property for my 14 and 17 year old boys to enjoy themselves!Lastly, I do have to give the team a shout-out for providing exceptional lost and found service. I left 2 dresses in our room at check-out... spent the day on Duval and didn't remember the dresses hanging in the closet until 7pm as we were driving through Marathon. After contacting the property (through the Hilton App) I was instructed to complete an on-line lost and found report... which I found frustrating at the time but understand it is Hilton's policy and is for the security of everyone. Luckily, I also had recent photos of the dresses that I was able to upload as well. By the time we returned to Key West the security team had the dresses waiting for me at the front desk. I am forever grateful for this quick response and positive outcome! Good location, but overall staying behind expectations

After already having stayed at the hotel before we chose it for our last stay in Key West. The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring the town. The room was okay, but felt a little dated, worn and somewhat lacking in attention to detail.Unfortunately, the atmosphere in the evening was not particularly pleasant during our stay. The hotel bar was quite loud and some guests made it feel more like a busy party venue than a relaxed hotel.Overall, fine for one stay, but probably not a hotel we would choose again. The hotel was great. Kat at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. She always made us feel like we were family whenever we walked into the hotel. Also, Stephanie at the pool was amazing! I have traveled extensively and I must say, the server at the pool/beach, Stephanie, was THE BEST I have EVER had! She felt like family by the time we left! Anniversary at The Reach, Key West, FL

My husband and I decided to do a “staycation” in Key West for our 58th Wedding Anniversary and chose The Reach. Joe reached out and Rianna Van Erem sent us an email right away. She asked a few questions and got right to work. When we arrived, we found that our room had been upgraded to a studio (it was perfect for us…my husband gets up early and I like to sleep in) and they had left a beautiful Antipasto plate for us. We were treated like VIP’s and everywhere we went, the staff acknowledged us. Annie, at the front desk, was a gem and Heider in the gift shop shared his Spotify when we talked about being entertainers and he and Taylor sent up the sweetest card and I think they gave us the piece of Key Lime Pie and 2 forks that we found in the fridge!We were delighted that the Reach was a sister-hotel with the Casa Marina and walked over to see the changes they had made since we had been there many years ago. It was a wonderful surprise to run into Evelyn Summer (she is our daughter’s bff and was in her wedding there)… and now she is the Manager with 20 years there…and she sent the most wonderful letter and flowers to our room!! We have never been treated so well and loved on by the whole staff… in fact, everyone we met at both facilities was so welcoming!! We spent one day just enjoying both hotels and the pool and went from the pool right up to dinner on the beach. The food at the Four Marlins restaurant was delicious… don’t forget to have the Key Lime Pie and the Chocolate Mousse!! We’ve never had better!! We will definitely be back!
