    DONT RISK IT ON THIS PLACE.So the property is damn near perfect. Beautiful units first bed is within a foot of walking in door. I reported th3 tv didn't work upstairs on the first day and they said they would fix it. When on the third day nothing has changed from no signal I walked to the front office where the once smiling in my face welcoming people are now saying it is fixed and .It was never broken and they said they sent someone twice the other day and it was neve broken and that lie was called out and they then blamed me for breaking the TV. I told them it’s the upstairs to give the. A chance to admit they didn’t check the correct tv. I was there the whole day except two times running down the street.so they lie and accuse their customers of being the problem and dishonest with a pure face of distain and the displeasure of being called out for not telling the truth and pure disrespect. The last of this finally crossed the line so they implied im stupid, liar, a sabotour of the TV I asked them to fix all while speaking down to me using the partial part of my first name as if we are family or friends. No mr no sir and no ownership of responsibility and poor service on top of dishonesty and such. If the price for this nice no longer fish smelling unit wasn’t under 200 nigh and nice id given zero stats instead id say warning don’t risk having to deal with similar time ruining people who dislike you for the color of your skin or for having to do work or what may have you. Ocean reef club or others is the way to go.the thing just told me they cant accept the review in all caps but it's only part of it by mistake.

    We were looking for a last minute stay in Key Largo. We booked this on Expedia and found it to be very nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again. We had a suite that was very reasonably priced. Two beds and two bathrooms and a kitchen and A beautiful view on the water could be found. This was a great stay!

    Everything was great, but I suggest more places to relax indoors. The bottom room should have a pull out sofa as a second bed option instead of walking directly into a bedroom.

    I am beyond disgusted with the lack of humanity and professionalism shown by Waterside Suites and Marina. We were hit with a massive, life-altering family emergency and needed to either cancel our stay or simply shift the dates. I understand hotels have policies, but this wasn't a "change of heart"—it was a crisis.The most infuriating part? They are ghosts.Phone: I called multiple times at all hours. No one ever picks up. It just rings out or goes to a generic voicemail that clearly no one checks.Expedia: We attempted to mediate through the app, and even the Expedia agents couldn't get a hold of anyone at the property to authorize a change.It is terrifying to think that a "hospitality" business can just take your money and then completely vanish when you need to speak to a human being. They don't care about their guests; they only care about keeping your deposit while you're dealing with a tragedy.If you want a hotel that actually answers the phone or shows an ounce of empathy during a family emergency, do not book here. They will take your money and leave you stranded in your darkest hour. Absolutely pathetic.
