Bad experience at B Ocean

A number of issues I had with my experience at B Ocean:1. When you reserve thr room you are talking to a third-party company who does not know the details of the property. I was told that I was renting a suite room with two bathrooms. That was NOT true! The rooms are substandard quality for what you pay. You are basically paying for beach access. That's it!.2. They charge a $375 resort fee per room. Ridiculous!3. The cleanliness is not great. The employees don't seem to take a lot of pride in cleaning.4. The towels are very small and old.5. If you go their don't rent a car. The parking is expensive and not worth it.6. The restaurant is just a bar with bar food. That's it and expensive.The only good thing was the bed.
