Facility

296 non-smoking rooms and 2 suites are available to guests in a 16-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. Delicious specialities await guests in 3 non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurants. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The complex also offers picnics. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Staff makes the resort!

    The resort was lovely. The front desk employee Ayru(spelling) and valet Rafael were absolutely incredible. They made our stay, we actually looked forward to seeing them all day long. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and made to feel special!! We would go back just because of them!! The coffee shop is great as well!

    Anniversary ruined

    So my husband and I went to Bahia Mar for our 30th wedding anniversary. Based on reviews, seemed like a great place to go. Well, we stayed in room 1604, top of the hotel. 2 room suite. Nice room except that the toilet wouldn't flush most of the time!!! Maintenance was called and gentleman who came up said had something to do with air flow. Told us should be good. Nope!!!! We had to go to the lobby when we had to go to the bathroom---not a great thing when you are on the 16th floor. After contacting the front desk several times, I was given 10,000 Hilton points. Honestly, I thought something should have been taken off the bill. We paid almost $5,000 for the week. We had the breakfast package, every day the buffet was the same. Need to switch that up. Every day we had to tell waiter we had breakfast package. Told us just to sign bill and would be taken care of. When I got receipt at check out, only one day of the 5 days was comped. I had to contact front desk again, and they did correct it. Pool was beautiful and staff working the bar were great. However, you have Hilton Grand Vacation people trying to sell you timeshares. Trying to relax by pool on vacation and you have pushy salespeople (with the fakest smiles) trying to sell you. Watch out because they start with "oh, do you want to earn some Hilton points?" I learned this from staying at Embassy Suites in Orlando a few years ago. Honestly, don't want to go to a Hilton in Florida again, if going to have high pressure people at you. This was supposed to be great hotel stay for our anniversary; didn't feel that way at all.     Another year at Bahia Mar

    We have been coming to Bahia Mar for the past 4–5 years, making it part of our annual 4th of July tradition. This year, we decided to visit an extra time to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and once again, our experience was wonderful.From the moment we walked into the lobby, we felt welcomed by the staff. Wendy at the front desk provided exceptional service during check-in. She was friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home.The service continued to impress us throughout our stay. At the pool, both the food and the service were excellent. Later that evening, we dined at the restaurant, where Julie took care of our large group. She did an outstanding job handling our orders, ensuring everyone was taken care of, and providing attentive service with a great attitude.It’s experiences like these that keep bringing us back year after year.
