    They told us they would pick us up at the airport and it took 1.5 hrs for them to arrive. No apologies were given.

    This is probably one of the worst places we have ever stayed. We picked this location due to them saying airport/cruise port. I called the hotel and specifically asked if they had a shuttle to the cruise port prior to booking. I was told yes they did so we booked with them. Upon arrival to check in the front desk gentleman was very rude, he made some rude comments about not being able to read and needing bigger signs on their credit card machines. When I asked to get signed up for the shuttle to the cruise port in the morning he laughed and then he said we don’t offer that but you can book with these guys and gave me a card for a third party. When I explained that we were told they had transportation he said we do I just gave you the card. It was an extra $80 for that transportation. I then asked about a shuttle from the airport and I was told to call once we had our bags and we at the shuttle pick up location and then it would be a 10 minute wait for them to pick us up. I call like they said after getting our bags and getting to the shuttle pick up only to have them tell me it was going to be at least an hour. The front desk lied to me multiple times on the phone saying the shuttle was stuck in traffic, then it was at the Beat Western, then it was in the airport and on its way. In the end it took 2 hours from the time I called them to get back to our car in their lot. I asked the front desk to contact the manger to try to come up with a remedy to the untruths that we were told and the solution we were offered was a cookie and a bottle of water. This place is an embarrassment to the IHG brand. They are very dishonest and rude. I would not recommend staying here at all. We are avid travelers staying in IHG properties many times a month and this is by far one of the worst places, after going and reading other reviews I see many with similar issues.     Karyl is absolutely the Best! She greeted us with a smile even though there were multiple families wanting to check in early after just disembarked from cruises. Our rooms were ready earlier than expected and Karyl was still smiling even though the number of people and luggage had grown to huge numbers! Thank you Karyl and housekeeping for an Amazing Job!

    Kefier was amazing. When we came on there was cheer squad in the lobby and so much noise and everyone was loud but he took his time with made sure he helped everyone

    We checked in on the night of Dec 25th. While the location is convenient to the airport, the room was in an appalling state. Upon entering, we were met with a strong smell of urine. It was clear that the cleaning staff had neglected to clean pet urine from under the bed.When we alerted the night staff, the front desk attendant’s response was both dismissive and offensive. He claimed he smelled 'curry' instead of urine—a comment that felt pointedly racial given our Indian background. While he eventually acknowledged the smell and sprayed the room, it was ineffective. He told us he had no other rooms and offered a refund if we wanted to find another hotel at midnight, which was not a realistic option.We were forced to tolerate the smell for the night. While the morning staff was courteous and apologized, the lack of hygiene and the behavior of the night staff is a major concern. If you allow pets, you must maintain professional cleaning standards.
