    Absolute worst customer service I experience in hospitality anywhere.I’ve booked a room with my fiancé on Saturday Jan 24th. Room was purchased and paid for a king bed room.We got to hotel after dinner, front desk was unattended. After few minutes front desk rep “dean” showed up and proceeded to check us in.What usually takes a minute, took her 10 minutes checking her computer, without any explanation.Rude behavior continued, then she told me king bed room is not available and was given to other guests.Reluctantly offered me a double bed.I told her I’m Hilton honors member, use Hilton services often, and it’s not acceptable to sell my room, because of high demand due to mass flight cancelations as a result of nationwide winter storm(which increased room prices significantly)She did not care, continued with her rude, careless and absolute no regard for hotel gust attitude.I wanted to talk to her supervisor, she said no supervisor was available.We left the hotel, got room from alternative hotel.We will never go back to this hotel, and have serious doubt about Hilton accommodations.It can’t be her alone. It should be management and entire hotel culture. Opportunistic, careless culture.

    The property is lovely. The room was super clean and organized. The breakfast at the bar was delicious. Chef Michael and Nia, who was my server were absolutely wonderful, warm and professional. I have only wonderful things to say about the entire experience.
