    First impression is important. Since arrival, Robert made us feel welcomed and provided helpful information about hotel and surroundings. Although we speak English, he made and effort to speak to us in Spanish, which we appreciated. Room was comfortable and location was convenient for our one night stay before cruising.

    My best friend and I came down to attend a wedding and decided to make a quick getaway out of it. Rafi G has an amazing energy that made the check-in process feel more welcoming than a routine transaction. The next day we met Devania at the front desk! She is so knowledgeable, understanding and helpful! She took the time to walk us through everything, again, and with patience. (I can’t remember anything, so her patience was greatly appreciated!)In addition to the awesome front desk staff, we met my favorite bar tender so far, Alexandra! She is a true mixologist… they don’t carry something I was looking for, and she somehow created a similar beverage that was delicious! And! As you may have guessed it, she also had a great, welcoming and energetic persona. Overall, everyone’s friendly demeanor and fun personalities made a lasting impression! I can't wait to return for my next visit! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service.

    We had a great experience from to start with our very pleasant and informative check in process with Rafi G. We enjoyed our stay.Our room was spacious. We enjoyed the amenities from the cookies, gelato, happy hour and a nice fitness center.
