    The hotel itself was fine and the room was clean. However, the $12 a night parking fee is ridiculous. It’s just another money grab. I don’t care if it’s disclosed when the reservation is booked. I should not have to pay for the “privilege” of parking my car there. The club lounge is also closed on Saturdays and Sunday day time. It should always be open. It’s a benefit that can’t be used if only there on a weekend.     Needs LOTS of improvements- don't spend your $$ here

    Don't go to this hotel! TERRIBLE! Firstly, don't come to Coral Springs, unless you absolutely have to. There is NOTHING to do here. Any decent restaurant is a good 15 minute drive. Decent at best, as you will end up at Chilis or Chipoltle. The hotel looks like it used to be a Radisson or Quality Inn. DATED, WORN and TIRED. The decor is so ugly- bright oranges, tans and burgandy. Needs a serious facelift! This hotel is not up to Marriott standards. Front desk staff are not very friendly- seemed unprofessional and not very willing to help or didn't know answers to basic questions about the hotel. Our main gripe, aside from many things, we had to modify our dates as our schedule changed- THEY DOUBLED OUR RATES BECAUSE WE MODIFIED! They made sure they made their money off of us. So we arrived at this hotel already annoyed. So many things wrong with this hotel- most outlets in our room not working, our balcony door wouldn't open, balcony filthy and covered in bird droppings, etc....but another main gripe was- DO NOT PAY FOR M CLUB ROOMS BECAUSE IN TINY PRINT IT SAYS THEY CLOSE ON WEEKENDS! SO THEY WILL LET. YOU PAY MORE FOR A ROOM ON M CLUB LEVEL, BUT YOU BASICALLY HAVE TO READ FINE PRINT THAT YOU CAN'T USE IT! DISGRACEFUL AND DECEITFUL! We asked the front desk why on earth you can't use it on weekend, of all times- we were told people have trashed it in the past- SO WHY DON'T YOU HIRE STAFF TO MONITOR IT??? Weak and lame answer. We were so pissed we couldn't use it during our stay. Many other people were feeling the same. They did a nice job with the gym, but that was the only positive about this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting! The WORST eggs we have ever had. We could not wait to get out of this hotel and go elsewhere. DO BETTER MARRIOTT!     Feels like a refurbished embassy suites

    Room 508, 4 nightsThe good: View, overall clean and spacious room, hotel is large, food quality good, front desk staff ok, shower was good.The bad:This felt like a refurbished embassy suites, but was told it was a Radisson prior. Room felt like it belonged in a Hampton inn, not a Marriott. Wonky toilet, AC didn't work well, broken balcony door handle, beds were mediocre, wifi was slow at times. $7 water bottle in room. Toiletries are better in Hampton inn and other chains. Executive lounge breakfast was mediocre. Overall not a standard Marriott should have, relabel this as an embassies suites, I would understand.     This hotel is SO LOUD. Doors slamming at all hours and the atrium opens to all floors so you hear even people in the lobby. We tried to sleep in and by 6am, you hear banging of doors opening and closing bc all the doors stick and there’s groups of high school teams here running the halls and yelling. The rooms are nice but lobby under construction and NO REST.     Extremely comfortable room with beautiful view of the grounds, great breakfast Buffett ( $22 per person) with made to order omelets, Belgian waffles, tons of choices served by wonderful waitress Ihham. At this time there is construction inside the hotel but doesn’t interfere with your stay.
