This hotel is located just off Interstate 95 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We booked through ParkSleep. However, I made a mistake and booked a day later. While the hotel was able to provide a room, the charges were extremely high. I paid $395.22 for a room and 7 nights for parking. When called the hotel to pick us up at the airport, we were advised they did not provide a shuttle so paid additional money to get a ride to the hotel. . The assistant manager was going to provide Parksleep notification to refund us the entire fee. However, I received a credit for $51.00 vs $200+.extremely unsatisfied. We stayed at this hotel for one night pre cruise. The shuttle from the airport which was to pick us up never arrived and after almost 1 hour plus we took a taxi to the hotel. We waited a long time to get into our rooms, and in the mean time were not offered anywhere to store our cases so one person had to be around to keep an eye on them, while all others went to find food. (decent food).The hotel seemed poorly run and short staffed. The manager was a phantom. After leaving for the airport in Canada around 02:30 that day we were extremely tired and decided to go down to the restaurant/bar for supper and a drink. When we got there we were told there is no wine or beer, we have run out. Obviously no effort had been made to accommodate guests.When we checked out in the morning they were incapable or refused (not sure which) to split our room bill. Usually all other hotels I have stayed in, in the USA have been very accommodating. Once again the manager was a phantom.My nephew and his wife who booked the rooms for all 8 of us were charged 3 times, plus every individual couple were also charged for their rooms. Considering we were charged $512 Canadian for 1 night , you think they would get something correct.This hotel stay was extremely disappointing and is not on my return list. I have stayed at quite a few Sheraton hotels and have never been as disappointed as this stay.I must give a star to the assistant trainee manager…..Ashley, who tried very hard and was very pleasant, but to no avail.

The location is good, close to the airport and not too far from the cruise terminal. The room is really spacious. With a small fridge and a microwave. The breakfast, as long as it is free, is fine, not worth the $16 charge. The hotel staff is nice. Cleaning needs some improvement. The a/c unit next to the window is really noise when set “high”.
